Qualifications
Candidates must be spirit filled and guided. Candidates’ personal character and financial standing
must be above reproach both inside and outside the church. A Masters of Divinity degree from an accredited Theological Seminary is required, with at least five (5) years of senior level pastoral expe- rience. Candidate must also be licensed and ordained in the Baptist church.
Candidates must have a demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver biblically sound, stimulating, inspirational and spirit-filled sermons; must have skills for bible-based teaching; should possess strong interpersonal skills; and should be approachable and demonstrate inclusiveness for all seg- ments within the congregation.
The successful candidate will have a vision for growing church membership that is both educated in the word of God and strong in relationship with Christ, energetic, perceptive, commitment and expe- rience for increasing the numbers and spiritual development of youth and young adults in the con- gregation. Candidates must be open to new ideas, proficient in business administration practices and in the use of technology. Must have a proven record as a skilled administrator and manager of church staff and programs. The successful candidate will have an unwavering commitment to Chris- tian Education, Sunday School, and a zeal for missions and evangelism.

Copies of ministerial license, ordination certificate and copies of degrees.
One (1) sermon – a DVD (preferred) and/or CD recording of a recent sermon, or provide the internet address if the sermon is available via the internet.
